At Anchor the Soul Counseling, we believe therapy should be clear, accessible, and tailored to your needs. Below you’ll find information about session rates, coverage, and payment options for online counseling services in North Carolina, Virginia and Florida.

Rates

Services Provided:

• Intake and Comprehensive Clinical Assessment – 50 minutes | $175

• Intake and Weight Loss Surgery Comprehensive Clinical Assessment – 50 minutes | $175

• Individual Therapy – 50 minutes | $125 per session

• Family Therapy – 50 minutes | $175 per session

• Marriage Therapy – 50 minutes | $175 per session

All sessions are conducted via secure telehealth with Melissa Davis, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Reimbursement & Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, some or all services may be eligible for reimbursement. Anchor the Soul Counseling is considered out-of-network, and a Superbill can be provided after each session for you to submit to your insurance company.

Please contact your provider directly to verify your mental health coverage for telehealth counseling or psychotherapy services.

When speaking with your insurance provider, consider asking the following:

• Does my plan include mental health benefits for telehealth or online counseling?

• What is my deductible, and have I met it?

• Is there a limit on the number of sessions per year?
